Making the short journey down the lancs tonight to Leigh to watch our newly crowned U18 champions take on City in the final.
Should be a cracker as they are the two best teams in the division. City also got through to the Youth Cup final against Leeds which is in a few weeks time so it's certainly going to be a close game tonight I think. Hope our boys can do the double though as they have been tremendous all season including the 1-9 win away at Liverpool a few weeks ago.
We did win the Youth Cup ourselves a few years ago with Garnacho being the standout player but we've definitely not been the juggernaut at youth level we used to be for a while now so it's good to see us doing well again at this level.
7.30 KO for those who can't make it to the match. Come on you reds!

Great win. City dominated the game when Amass and Wheatley went off though. Nice cameo from Shea Lacey.
Let's hope they can beat Chelsea now in the North v South Champions game to cap a near perfect season.

I've heard very good things about Harrison.
He was impressive tonight. Decisive, good handling and reactions, good distribution.

Looks like we played well, the #2 played a couple of nice passes for the goals, especially the first assist, although he was given a lot of time.
Wheatley made some great runs and matched with good finishes.
